We are a mixed animal practice with four doctors, three in companion animal care and one in equine. Support staff are highly trained, motivated and happy. Located on the western slope of Colorado, our valley is a wonderful place to raise a family, trail ride and pursue all kinds of outdoor activity. Though our valley is home to a cluster of small towns, we have fabulous schools and an abundance of social and cultural events that could compete on a global scale. Most of the valley is extremely pet friendly and our clients are interested in taking good care of their animals. We work very hard to nurture long-term relationships that will serve our patients and our clients and we strive to provide job satisfaction and life balance for our staff. We are looking for someone who is interested in joining and enhancing these partnerships.
Our work features:
We are open six (6) days per week and all staff currently work a 4 day week. Emergency on-call is available but we also have an emergency clinic in the valley for small animal patients. We offer competitive compensation based on a set base salary, production pay incentive, paid-time-off, continuing education, health insurance, professional membership and licensure.
Our top candidates will be a licensed veterinarian in Colorado (or the ability to be so) with small animal outpatient and routine surgical experience and an interest in the unique aspects of rural practice.
Please apply by submitting a CV and a letter of interest with salary expectations and listed references, to firstname.lastname@example.org . Looking forward to hearing from you.
