CERTIFIED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN

If you are a Certified Veterinary Technician looking for an opportunity in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado, we would like to hear from you.  Alpine Animal Hospital in Carbondale, CO is an AAHA accredited practice with Fear Free certified staff, providing a full range of in-patient care, dentistry, surgery and emergency services.  We are focused on nurturing long-term relationships that will serve our clients and patients. We are looking for a technically skilled individual with broad experience that is interested in joining and enhancing these partnerships. Requirements include certification as a veterinary technician (or equivalent), working knowledge of Avimark or another paperless patient records program.  Salary is commensurate with experience and employment includes health insurance, retirement plan, continuing education, uniform allowance and paid time off.  Preference will be given to qualified candidates who speak Spanish.  Drug testing may be required.

RELIEF VETERINARIAN

We are looking for a relief small animal veterinarian that is interested in spending some time in the Roaring Fork Valley.  We need a small animal Veterinarian that would like to work full time for at least 3 months starting in April 2019.  Requirements include an active license in Colorado and a great attitude.

We are a small animal practice with three doctors and a support team that is highly trained, motivated and happy.  Specialized focus for the practice includes: dentistry (both equine and small animal), surgery, canine behavior and preventative health and well-being.  We are a spacious and very well equipped AAHA accredited hospital with Fear Free accredited staff.

We work four, ten hour shifts per week with a share in the Saturday rotation (1/2 day) which leaves plenty of time to explore all this beautiful valley has to offer.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Alpine Animal Hospital seeking a customer service specialist focused on people and their love for their pets.  The ideal candidate will be able to respond respectfully and efficiently to multiple phone lines, answer with a smile, pay attention to detail and schedule appointments appropriately.  This position requires the ability to understand the pre-requisites and needs for various medical treatments.  Though this can be learned over time, previous experience in an animal hospital and working with a computerized management and scheduling system is preferred.  Benefits included.  Compensation depends on experience.
