As our contribution to protecting public health during this increasingly severe pandemic, we ask you, our clients, to work with us in our efforts to minimize further spread of COVID-19 while continuing to provide veterinary care to our patients and support to our clients.

As of November 30th we are returning to curbside practice and will no longer be opening our doors to clients. We are not excited about this decision especially as we head into colder weather. Please know that we are working hard to avoid long waits in vehicles while our team cares for your pet. Efforts to minimize waits or provide alternative options include:

  • Drop off appointments
  • TeleHealth visits
  • Collecting pet health information prior to appointment times
  • Video links during appointments so you can interact with the doctor real time during your pet’s examination

Prior to your pet’s appointment you will be receiving an email with questions about your pet’s health. Please answer all pertinent questions and return the form via email at least 30-60 minutes BEFORE your appointment time ( This will help facilitate your appointment, minimize wait times and make sure you and your pet can be on your way as quickly as possible. For conditions that require further treatment or diagnostics you will be asked to leave your pet at the hospital and be available by phone.

When you arrive at the hospital please stay in your car and call to alert us to your arrival. A team member will bring your food, medications, or supplements out to you. If your pet has an appointment, a nurse will meet you at the door to receive your pet. Your veterinary team will then examine your pet and discuss findings, and treatment options over the phone (or via web link when possible). Pet’s may also be dropped off for appointments if it is more convenient. Once the appointment is completed, we will take payment as needed (credit cards over the phone or collect payment outside) and you and your pet will be on your way.
