Veterinary Appointments From Your Own Home
Telemedicine appointments are now available in all situations where it may be appropriate to treat your pet online. Some conditions may still require we see your pet at the hospital. This will be up to the discretion of our front desk and scheduling staff.
There will be a fee for our video consulting that is equivocal to our brief exam fee. Should it be determined that your pet needs to be seen by the doctor at the hospital for further diagnostics or treatments, a recheck exam will be charged at that time.
We will be using the Zoom.us platform for this service, so you can access us via mobile phone by downloading the Zoom.us app from the Apple or Android store or by using your webcam-enabled computer at www.zoom.us.
From there, you will click on the Join a Meeting button located in the lower center of the screen if using the app or the upper right-hand corner of the screen using a computer (see yellow arrows below). Your doctor will email you with the Meeting ID to allow access to your video consultation.
Our goal is to encourage social distance during this time, but also continue the compassionate care we value above all else for your fur-babies.
